This Privacy Notice will help you understand how I will collect and maintain such information as is necessary for me to administer my regular prayer letter and related news and information, maintain my own accounts and records and inform you of news, events, activities and services with Primary Focus, which I think may be relevant to you.

The personal data you have provided or I have collected from you includes:
• Name & Address;
• Contact details, including telephone numbers and email address;
Financial support information, where you are supporting my ministry, but NOT bank details, account numbers or any personal financial information;
□ What I do with the information I gather
I have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information I have collected:
• Giving you information about my work and services by post, email and telephone;
• Forwarding my regular prayer letter;
• Responding to your enquiries;
• Maintaining up to date information about your financial support of my ministry.
□ How I Collect Information About You:
All of the personal information I hold about you is that which you have submitted to me.
□ What I Use Your Information For and the Legal Basis For Processing:
Your data is only processed by me. I never pass your personal information on to other organisations for them to use for their own marketing purposes. I may use your personal information in the following ways:
(a) Circulating my regular prayer letters and any related news and information about my ministry;
(b) Managing and maintaining financial records in connection with financial support you have committed to supporting my ministry;
(c) Responding to your enquiries and correspondence.
□ Who I Share Your Data With:
I will NEVER sell, distribute or provide your personal information to third parties.
□ How Long Your Information Is Kept:
I will retain your personal information only with your permission and when permission is removed, for the length of time required to be compliant with legal obligations. These data retention periods are subject to change without further notice as a result of changes to associated law or regulations. If you have any questions in relation to the retention of your personal data, please contact me.
□ Your Rights:
Under the Data Protection Act 1998 you have the following rights:
• You may request details of personal information which I hold about you.
• You have the right to ask me to erase your personal data.
• You have the right to edit and update your personal information at any time.
• You have the right to object to my processing of your personal information.
Should you wish to exercise any of the above rights, please contact me using the details at the beginning of this policy. Please provide as much information as possible about the nature of your request. It may take up to 28 days for me to comply with your request. If I process your personal information for the exercise or defence of legal claims or I can demonstrate compelling grounds that override your rights and freedoms I may not be able to fulfil your request. However I will always contact you to discuss further.
