Firstly, as a junior leader, in a small church with a very large group, then as the main leader of various sized churches, with a range of sized groups. For more than 20 years he has been employed in full-time, Bible-Centred Children’s and Youth Ministry, gaining invaluable experience in a number of roles, but focused on being a Bible-Centred Ministry.
Since 1989, Mark has been self employed under the name ‘Primary Focus’, and has continued to have a heart not only for children hearing God’s Word and understanding it, but also equipping, encouraging and supporting leaders, in whatever way he can. Mark has a passion for training, and encouraging leaders to grow in confidence.
